The Tinsmith’s Wife’s singular goal is to provide inspiration for knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, cross stitch, and punch needle embroidery. We augment this by providing a superior array of fibers, supplies, patterns, accessories, and canvases.
We are moving towards Fall and this is such a wonderful time in the Texas Hill Country. The weather might not cooperate, but we do love to have all the activities that come with the changing season such as the Comfort Fall Art Festival and preparations for the holiday season!
We are hoping you will have an excuse to come for a visit and enjoy. Our regular shop hours are Wednesday through Saturday 10 am to 5 pm and Sunday 12 – 5 pm.

We encourage you to bring your current project and join us for a morning or an afternoon. There are several comfy spots to sit (next to a cat or two), and there is always laughter and inspiration. There are also great antique shops, yummy places to eat, and a sense of stepping back in time, just outside our doors.
