Year of Gifts Knitalong – February

We are excited to be participating with Kelbourne Woolens for the “Year of Gifts”!
The Year of Gifts are bite-sized accessories and home goods featuring the full range of Kelbourne Woolens yarns. The patterns in the Year of Gifts are all designed with giving in mind, so each pattern uses 100g or less of one of our Kelbourne Woolens yarns. Are you ready to stock your gift coffers for Christmas 2020?
We will have a limited number of complete kits for this group – please let us know if you want to join us for this great journey! And you are always welcome to pop in – and join us as the patterns will be available individually if you would like to use up some of your stash!
February will find us creating a beautiful set of mittens in Kelbourne Woolens Scout (a yummy 100% wool DK),
The kit comes with the pattern download code, a darning needle, a set of stitch markers, a saucy sticker, and a great skein of Count. The kit is $40 – and all you need to add is a pair of US2 and US4 double pointed needles (or the best way you like to knit in the round).
Skills for this month include working from charts, tuck stitches, picking up stitches from waste yarn.
